DIGITAL MARKETING EXPERT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERT

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Expert, Business Development, and Social Media Specialist. This dynamic role involves developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, driving business growth through strategic partnerships, and managing social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
• Run social media advertising campaigns and track their performance.
• Generate monthly reports highlighting social media performance and insights.
• Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media, email marketing, etc.).
• Perform SEO and SEM strategies to drive organic and paid traffic to websites.
• Manage content marketing efforts, including blogs, website copy, and multimedia assets.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company’s client base and market reach.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, business development, and social media management.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and social media scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and content marketing principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and ability to generate fresh ideas for campaigns and partnerships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per mont
