Title: Merchandising Manager Classification: Full Time; Non-Exempt  Reports to: General Manager Summary: Merchandising Managers are responsible for ensuring arcade redemption programs, processes, and strategies are implemented to maximize profit potential and guest experience. Merchandising Managers work directly with arcade team members, managers, and the Director of Arcade Operations to develop and execute effective display models, purchasing strategy, and arcade redemption procedures. Merchandising Managers provide valuable feedback on merchandising in redemption areas of Fat Daddy’s Arcade stand-alone locations and cooperative locations at The Track Family Fun Centers.
