Provides technical leadership and oversight for mission-critical communications infrastructure. Lead the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced satellite communications systems supporting voice, video, RF, and data networks. Design, configure, and optimize SATCOM solutions in accordance with mission and task-order requirements. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving satellite terminals, modems, and RF systems. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and oversight to junior technicians. Exercise independent judgment in resolving system-level issues and implementing corrective actions. Support coordination with vendors, engineers, and government stakeholders.
