Perform electrical and mechanical failure analysis on returned SSDs Generate and communicate comprehensive FA reports to internal and external teams Lead escalations for RMA cases, ensuring timely resolution and updates Set up and manage debug systems for DOE and error replication Provide technical consultation and support to customer-facing teams Master's degree in Electronics, Computer, or Systems Engineering, or a related field 7+ years of experience in product engineering, system engineering, validation, or quality assurance Proven experience with electrical debugging tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, bus analyzers) and hands-on hardware repair or rework. Strong understanding of signal integrity, power delivery, and component-level failure mechanisms in high-speed storage devices.
