REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 to 6 year’s experience including some time mentoring and guiding junior team members
  • Proven experience in full-stack development (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams while contributing to the delivery ofcomplex software projects.
  • Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub actions

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Engineer to join our growing team. As a Lead Engineer, you will provide technical leadership across projects, mentor team members, and ensure the successful delivery of full-stack applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack software solutions.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through best practices and code reviews.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technology strategy.
  • Committed to handling issues as they arise and ensuring the development team is meeting their sprint goals
  • Participating in code reviews and helping to improve development team processes
