Respond timely to requests for medical information from agency staff, ISC, MDs, and Conservators. Ensure TennCare renewals are completed accurately and timely. Obtain psychotropic medication consents as needed. Ensure Human Rights and Human Rights Restrictions are being followed Train/Retrain staff in the homes on medication changes and medication variances to ensure the safety of the people supported.
