QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to analyze curriculum frameworks, identify gaps, and implement impactful revisions.
• 4 Year degree or equivalent in; Education, Curriculum and/or Instructional Design, Adult Teaching, Educational Technologies, or a related field.
• Proven experience in curriculum development, accreditation processes, and instructional program design.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate educational objectives into effective learning experiences.
• Expertise in compliance standards and regulatory requirements for educational institutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to precision and excellence.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a meticulous and highly skilled Curriculum and Quality Assurance Specialist to refine and enhance our educational programs. This role demands precision, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of curriculum development. You will work closely with faculty, subject matter experts, and the E-Learning team to ensure every aspect of the curriculum is thoughtfully designed, effectively delivered, and fully aligned with institutional and accreditation standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop clear learning goals and objectives, ensuring proper assessment methods are integrated.
• Assist faculty in designing and implementing engaging instructional strategies for online, hybrid, and face-to-face learning environments.
• Analyze program requirements, align course learning objectives with existing competencies, tools, and services, and deliver well-structured, effective curriculum solutions.
• Provide expert consultation on instructional delivery methods, helping faculty optimize teaching strategies for student success.
• Work closely with the academic team to further the mission of Anderson College through innovation and excellence in curriculum development.
• Conduct rigorous reviews of curriculum materials, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with accreditation standards.
• Research and integrate emerging trends in instructional design to enhance learning outcomes.
• Maintain precise documentation to ensure consistency and quality in curriculum updates.
• Support faculty and staff in curriculum implementation and instructional best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to broader educational initiatives.
