Garantir la sécurité juridique de l'entreprise. Ce que tu feras au quotidien : Droit des contrats et de la distribution : tu rédiges, valides et assures le suivi des négociations et des relations contractuelles de toute nature (contrats de référencement, contrats commerciaux, contrats de licence, baux commerciaux, contrats-cadres, contrats de commission-affiliation, etc.) et tu identifies les risques juridiques associés. Droit de la consommation : tu valides les opérations promotionnelles et les publicités, et tu accompagnes les équipes Service Clients et Marketing sur les sujets liés à la réglementation. Droit des sociétés : en lien avec la Responsable Juridique, tu participes au suivi du secrétariat juridique de la société, de ses filiales et de ses joint-ventures. Droit de la propriété intellectuelle : tu assures le suivi du portefeuille de marques en collaboration avec le cabinet externe en charge des marques du Groupe, ainsi que la gestion des noms de domaine et des autres sujets liés à la protection des intérêts du Groupe. Conseil et accompagnement : tu conseilles et accompagnes les équipes opérationnelles et les différentes directions (Achats, Finance, Immobilier, Marketing, etc.) sur les problématiques juridiques, notamment en droit des contrats et en droit de la consommation. Veille juridique : tu assures une veille réglementaire et législative, analyses les évolutions susceptibles d'impacter l'entreprise, rédiges des notes d'information et de conseil, et accompagnes la mise en œuvre des actions nécessaires. Profil recherché : Tu es titulaire d'un Master 2 (Bac +5) en droit des affaires. Tu justifies d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire. Tu maîtrises parfaitement le droit des affaires et/ou le droit de la distribution. Tu possèdes une excellente connaissance de la réglementation et de la jurisprudence applicables. Tu disposes d'une forte capacité d'analyse et d'interprétation des textes juridiques (lois, règlements, jurisprudence), afin d'apporter des conseils pertinents et sécurisés aux équipes. Tu es à l'aise avec les outils informatiques, notamment le Pack Office, et tu disposes d'un bon niveau d'anglais, aussi bien à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, te permettant notamment de rédiger et de comprendre de la documentation en anglais. Doté(e) d'un bon sens de la communication, tu possèdes de réelles qualités rédactionnelles et sais rédiger, relire et présenter des documents avec rigueur.
