Interpret written recipes and follows written and/or verbal orders, requests, and instructions. Break down carts and remove scraps from patient trays. Assemble/deliver late patient trays, supplements, nourishments and special requests as needed. Portion, weigh, and garnish food according to menus and specific diet instructions.
