About the role TMH seeks a hands-on technical leader to own engineering velocity and product quality for our ChargePilot edge devices and the corresponding cloud infrastructure. You will set a pragmatic technical vision, write production code, mentor developers, and partner with Product to deliver fast, stable releases while minimizing tech debt. This is a player/coach role: you’ll lead architecture and process, jump into code reviews and incident response, and systematically improve our CI/CD, test coverage, and reliability.
