Ce poste est basé à Montréal et porte sur la conception de systèmes de tuyauterie, l’analyse de contraintes et le soutien aux projets multidisciplinaires dans les secteurs biotechnologique, pharmaceutique, industriel et des aliments et boissons. Notre ingénieur·e en analyse de contraintes sera responsable de la conception de systèmes de tuyauterie, avec un focus sur la modélisation et des calculs liés aux contraintes de tuyauterie, de l’analyse des charges sur l’équipement et du dépannage de systèmes mécaniques complexes, tout en collaborant avec des équipes multifonctionnelles. Responsabilités Participer à l’analyse des besoins des clients et à la définition des projets. Participer avec l’équipe à la conception d’utilités de bâtiments, de laboratoires, d’usines et d’installations industrielles, incluant : Systèmes de tuyauterie (haute pureté, procédé, utilités, CIP/SIP, etc.) Analyse de contraintes de tuyauterie (modélisation hydraulique, dilatation thermique, supports, dispositifs de retenue) Interface HVAC (au besoin, sans responsabilité de conception) Interface plomberie (au besoin) Interface chaudières, vapeur et condensat (au besoin) Services mécaniques du bâtiment et systèmes mécaniques liés aux charges sur la tuyauterie Préparer les calculs, dessins, devis techniques et estimations de coûts liés à la conception et à l’analyse des contraintes de tuyauterie. Évaluer et sélectionner les équipements, technologies et fournisseurs. Travailler en collaboration au sein d’une équipe de conception multidisciplinaire. Fournir un soutien à la supervision de construction, réaliser des visites de chantier et des revues terrain pour les projets assignés. Soutenir les exigences de gestion de projet. Superviser l’installation des équipements, la mise en marche et la qualification lorsque requis. Visiter les sites de projet pour la collecte d’informations et les activités liées aux projets. Effectuer des analyses de contraintes de tuyauterie selon ASME Section VIII, B31.1, B31.3 en utilisant des outils commerciaux (ex. CAESAR II, AutoPIPE, ANSYS). Analyser les charges thermiques, statiques, dynamiques, vibratoires et sismiques sur les systèmes de tuyauterie. Évaluer les charges sur les buses d’équipements rotatifs et statiques (ex. pompes, réservoirs, cuves). Préparer des rapports détaillés d’analyse de contraintes, recommandations et stratégies d’atténuation. Proposer des modifications de routage, optimisations de supports et améliorations de conception. Réviser les dessins des fournisseurs, feuilles de données d’équipement et spécifications de tuyauterie. Effectuer des analyses de flexibilité et vérifier la conformité aux codes et normes applicables. Soutenir la conception des supports de tuyauterie (sélection, espacement, supports à ressort, amortisseurs, guides, ancrages). Exigences Baccalauréat en génie mécanique (ou domaine connexe). Ingénieur, membre de l’OIQ (CPI ou ing.) 3 à 8 ans d’expérience en conception de systèmes de tuyauterie et en analyse de contraintes. Expérience dans les secteurs pharmaceutique, biotechnologique, industriel, alimentaire ou manufacturier (atout). Connaissance des codes pertinents (ASME, CSA, NFPA, CGA). Connaissance des appareils sous pression et de conception de tuyauterie de procédé et utilités Expérience appareils sous pression, équipements rotatifs et conception de tuyauterie de procédé.avec des logiciels d’analyse de contraintes tels que CAESAR II, AutoPIPE, ANSYS.
