Perfil del Candidato Formación Académica: Profesional Universitario Titulado y Colegiado en Ingeniería de Seguridad, Ambiental, Industrial o carreras afines. Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años de trayectoria profesional en el área SSOMA dentro de proyectos bajo modalidad EPC (preferiblemente en proyectos solares y energéticos). Conocimientos Especializados: Sólido dominio de la normativa peruana de seguridad vigente e ISO 45001. Experiencia en elaboración de IPERC y gestión de Permisos de Trabajo (PTW). Competencia en ejecución de auditorías internas y charlas de inducción. Funciones Principales Supervisar de manera rigurosa el cumplimiento del Plan SSOMA por parte del contratista EPC. Ejecutar inspecciones de seguridad continuas en campo y gestionar incidentes o cuasi incidentes. Identificar desviaciones y proponer acciones correctivas inmediatas. Revisar y aprobar los permisos de trabajo (PTW) para las diversas cuadrillas. Participar activamente en la supervisión de actividades críticas y pruebas técnicas. Elaborar y emitir reportes de seguridad para el Tablero Semanal e Informe Mensual del proyecto. Condiciones Laborales Ubicación: Proyecto Solar (La Joya, Arequipa). Modalidad: Presencial. Régimen: Horario regular de Lunes a Viernes (8 horas diarias).
Responsibilities
The Supervisor SSOMA will rigorously oversee the compliance of the SSOMA Plan by the EPC contractor and conduct continuous safety inspections in the field. They will also manage incidents, review work permits, and participate in critical activity supervision.
