THE ROLE We are looking for a Venue Technology Supervisor to join our team! As a Venue Technology Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing technology needs of the Food & Beverage and Merchandise operations at Highmark Stadium, including but not limited to Point of Sale technology (terminals, peripherals, etc.), desktop support, venue technology projects, and day-to-day management support. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Install, maintain, and troubleshoot point of sale systems, including terminals, receipt printers, scanners, and payment devices Provide day-to-day technical support for personal computers, printers, and other office hardware and software Replace defective hardware as needed Conduct stadium walk-throughs to ensure all systems are operational prior to and during all events Assess and prioritize issues and requests accordingly to minimize operational impact Assist in maintaining a PCI compliant environment, including keeping an updated hardware inventory of POI devices Provide basic network support, including troubleshooting connectivity issues for wired and wireless devices Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training Complete other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
