As a Junior Life Reinsurance Broker, you will report to the Head of Life, Accident & Health and you will work closely with senior brokers and actuarial specialists, supporting the structuring, placement and ongoing management of life reinsurance solutions. You will gain practical exposure to the Swiss insurance landscape, actuarial concepts, data‑driven analysis and reinsurance markets — translating technical insights into real‑world client solutions. From the outset, you will contribute to meaningful analytical and advisory work, while developing your technical skills and market understanding.
