This role carries sales responsibility for the global portfolio of Auberge properties, with additional focus on our European collection. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage GSO relations with leisure retail and group clients to drive bookings from Europe (excluding UK, Ireland, Italy - leisure segment, Russia, Ukraine & CIS) Establish GSO and AU company-wide strategic sales plans for the market, designed to meet sales goals of AU’s growing portfolio of properties. Expected to approach the market with 100% proactive sales efforts, to uncover new business, and have a deep understanding of strategic selling to nurture and develop existing clients. Responsible for organising & attending events, sales trips, trade shows, and familiarisation trips to further build property brand awareness, strengthen relationships and drive sales for AU hotels. Expected to engage in direct sales activities with key customers in all market segments Expected to use tools to develop and drive a prospecting plan for the region.
