Dans le cadre de la montée en puissance de nos projets PLM, nous recherchons un(e) Consultant(e) RKU / Teamcenter chargé(e) d’accompagner nos clients dans l’intégration, l’optimisation et le support des solutions RKU et Teamcenter au sein de leurs processus métiers. Mission : Analyser, recueillir et formaliser les processus métiers liés aux activités d’ingénierie, de gestion documentaire et de pilotage des données techniques (RKU, Teamcenter, PLM Siemens) Contribuer à la définition et à l’amélioration des workflows en assurant la bonne adéquation entre les besoins métiers et les fonctionnalités des outils (RKU, Teamcenter) Participer au paramétrage et à la configuration fonctionnelle des environnements RKU / Teamcenter en lien avec les équipes techniques (développement, intégration, support) Rédiger les expressions de besoins, spécifications fonctionnelles/techniques, instructions d'utilisation et guides méthodes. Accompagner les utilisateurs : support applicatif niveau 1/2, montée en compétence, conduite du changement, gestion des anomalies, optimisation des usages.
