Acting as the primary support contact for North American Sales teams, troubleshooting issues and enabling efficient day-to-day sales activity such as review of PO from customers and ensuring they match what was quoted Preparing and delivering regular and ad-hoc reports to senior leadership, leveraging ERP and CRM data to support informed decision-making. Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve system efficiency across SAP environments. Ensuring compliance with import/export legislation and internal corporate governance standards. Order entry into the SAP system Processing PO’s when received from the customer   About You:   The ideal candidate will be a proactive, systems-oriented professional with strong operational awareness and a high level of IT literacy. Confidence in working extensively within SAP a is essential, along with the ability to understand how ERP and CRM processes directly impact sales performance and operational delivery.   The successful candidate will bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across Sales & Operations functions.
