Build strong client relationships with your Manager and team to drive positive NPS results. Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term strategies aligned with client needs, benefit philosophy, and company goals. Leverage Aon United expertise and market insights to support client solutions. Oversee the full client journey, ensuring compliance, documentation, payments, reports, visits, and best‑practice delivery. Achieve portfolio financial targets, including retention and rollover. Broking & Placement Maintain strong carrier relationships to secure competitive placement terms. Coordinate RFP submissions, quotations, and proposal clarifications.
