Sprint Planning & Backlog Grooming Support the Product Owner in maintaining a prioritized backlog. Help the team estimate and commit to realistic sprint goals. Remove Impediments Actively identify and resolve blockers that hinder team progress. Escalate issues when necessary (e.g., infrastructure delays, access issues). Coach Agile Principles Promote agile values and continuous improvement. Guide the team in adopting agile best practices tailored to DevOps. You work in close collaboration with the stakeholders to maintain transparency on project progress and ensure alignment of goals and expectations across all parties.
