Duties and Responsibilities * Drive strategic direction on client engagements by leading analysis, shaping recommendations, and delivering compelling presentations.  * Apply both creative and analytical skills simultaneously to solve complex market challenges.  * Own the research process from planning through execution—feasibility studies, market planning, demand/supply analysis—working independently with limited oversight.  * Travel regularly (up to 30%) to conduct field research in local and national markets.  * Gather and integrate data from diverse internal and external sources to support client needs.  * Build and refine visual exhibit packages that communicate analytical insights effectively.  * Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations and strategic conclusions.  * Maintain strong client relationships through regular presentations and collaborative engagement.  * Flex across team priorities and contribute to collective success.
