In this role you will: Enhance portfolio insights by evolving claims data, controls and visualisations to clearly highlight portfolio health and risks. Drive timely claim outcomes by optimising tracking of claim activity, milestones and pipeline management. Strengthen portfolio discipline by improving controls that support claim tidiness and appropriate claim allocation. Improve decision quality by reviewing complex or sub‑optimal claims and providing expert strategic guidance. Lift claims performance through coaching, insights and targeted recommendations to leaders and teams. Ensure data integrity by designing and embedding mechanisms that deliver accurate, reliable claims insights. Qualifications Bring solid claims experience, with around 3+ years in Life Insurance claims management and a strong understanding of end‑to‑end claim decision‑making. Use data confidently to drive better outcomes, translating insights into practical improvements in claim management and portfolio health.
