Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Control Develop and manage production schedules for PCB assembly, SMT lines, and final product assembly. Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability. Team Management Supervise technicians, line operators, and assembly staff. Provide training on electronics assembly standards and ESD safety practices. Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 standards and ISO 9001 requirements. Work closely with QA teams to address defects, implement corrective actions, and maintain traceability. Resource Management Optimize utilization of SMT machines, wave soldering equipment, and testing stations. Schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Continuous Improvement Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and improve yield. Drive automation initiatives for PCB assembly and testing processes. Health & Safety Compliance Enforce ESD control measures and workplace safety standards. Conduct regular audits and safety training for electronics handling. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly management.
