The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of overall IT leadership experience, with a minimum of 10 years specifically dedicated to building and managing offshore IT delivery centres. This is a pivotal role that requires a technically savvy leader to be instrumental in the end-to-end setup and management of our new IT GSC in India and other regions as we expand our footprint to other geographies Ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a diverse and multidisciplinary team across IT Applications, Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, and Information Security, driving continuous innovation and IT process improvement. Job Description: Act as the senior level strategic interface with the broader DP World business. Understand the business challenge, define forward thinking and innovative solutions and oversee successful delivery and roll out. Take end to end accountabilities for all aspects of IT including acting as a supportive voice to the business and always being on hand as an escalation point for operational and delivery issues. Post-graduation qualification desirable with IT Certifications like PgMP, COBIT, etc. Extensive senior level IT Management experience with a strong track record in IT Portfolio management.
