Data Quality, Completeness & Lifecycle Management * Track and monitor regional progress on CAPMAP data completeness, accuracy, and adoption using structured trackers and dashboards. * Perform regular data health checks, including: * Completeness vs. required attributes * Duplicate or overlapping entries * Inconsistent naming, categorization, or capability tagging * Obsolete or inactive locations/services * Execute controlled system clean-ups, ensuring auditability and alignment with governance decisions. 3. Community Engagement & Follow-Up  * Actively engage regional contributors and data owners to: * Clarify expectations * Resolve data gaps * Drive timely updates and corrections * Function as a community moderator: * Answer questions on “how CAPMAP should be used” * Escalate recurring issues or ambiguities to governance forums * Reinforce accountability by tracking who owns what and following through to closure. 4.
