You will be responsible for driving sales performance (Sell-in & Sell-out) for modern trade sales channel, merchandising, promotion, personnel management (training and controlling), including target and budget setting for your responsible accounts. What you'll do: Partner with your responsible accounts to achieve the target Constantly look for opportunities to expand business with your existing accounts Work closely with customers to review sales performance (Monthly & Quarterly) including PSI (Purchase, Sales, and Inventory) Forecast monthly stock inventory to properly prepare the stock amount Collaborate with PM/Marketing Team on effective promotion in order drive sell-in/sell-out Engage with sales supervisor to set the target & incentive model for PCs (Product Consultants), with the objective to achieve the account target. Take care of new product listing. Ensure a proper timing on product phase-in & phase-out. Design & launch promotion campaign to accelerate sales revenue. Monitor the performance closely.
