Key Responsibilities: Business Development * Conduct targeted prospecting through cold-calling, networking, and market research to identify potential clients. * Schedule and lead virtual or in-person meetings to assess client needs and showcase Mohawk’s offerings. * Develop and deliver compelling, customized proposals that demonstrate Mohawk’s value. * Meet or exceed established activity metrics, including calls, meetings, and conversion rates, tracked through Salesforce. Client Portfolio Management * Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts by building strong, long-term relationships. * Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and deepen partnerships. * Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless implementation and support for client accounts. * Proactively introduce clients to Mohawk’s full range of services to maximize their supply chain potential.
