You should be deeply immersed in the AI ecosystem, possessing the technical curiosity to use AI tools for content creation and the social intelligence to foster relationships with global stakeholders, KOLs, and community leaders. Key Responsibilities Strategic Event Management & Operations Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of global events, from conceptualization to post-event amplification. Source and manage high-level vendor relationships (F&B, production, venues), overseeing the entire procurement and quality control process. Direct event logistics, including layout setup, speaker coordination, and attendee experience management. Design and oversee engaging event activities, games, and gifting strategies to drive attendee retention. Brand Growth & Partnership Development Identify and secure strategic partnerships with AI communities, newsletters, and tech-focused podcasts. Build and maintain a network of HR/TA Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and AI Advocates for collaborative growth. Execute "seeding" strategies and community outreach to maximize event registrations and brand reach. AI-Driven Content & Social Media Own the PR schedule and draft high-impact social media copy across LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Tiktok. Produce cutting-edge marketing collateral using AI-generated photos and videos to highlight Qode’s solutions. Capture and produce high-quality video content, including client testimonials and panel discussion highlights.
