As a Partner, you will balance multiple client engagements, establish relationships with Compensation Committees and senior business leaders to generate revenue, and lead client teams in the delivery of high-quality client solutions. Proven track record of providing trusted advice to clients, understanding business problems, and providing potential solutions. Exceptional consultative skills, including relationship building, process definition and meeting facilitation. Advanced client, project, and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Experience Recent executive compensation consulting experience within an executive compensation consulting boutique or full-service firm environment. Education A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
