Responsibilities Response and Resolution Resolves customer issues through problem solving, collaboration, and research. May take escalated issues as needed. Documents technical work and research. This includes managing and troubleshooting issues related to endpoint management, system configurations, and network setups. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including policy conflicts, enrollment failures, compliance issues, and system errors. Proficiency in using tools like Windows Sysinternals, PSEXEC, and PROCMON. Knowledge of Endpoint Management Policies: Proven ability to create, deploy, and manage various endpoint management policies, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, access control policies, and security baselines, ensuring adherence to organizational standards. Proficiency in technical background in networking concepts including VIPs, NAT, DNS, and tools like ping, tracert, tracemon, and wire shark. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and / or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
