Position: Receiving Specialist Location: ST Charles Mo   Job Description: Summary of Position Responsible for the receiving of goods and maintaining accurate stock levels within the Press Parts Inventory. Work within the department to ensure accuracy in inventory and expedited parts for Tablet Press jobs.    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Pull parts for jobs on the shop floor according to work orders • Receive items into stock from deliveries and inspection • Maintain a clean and organized work area including quarantine and staging areas • Prepare and print proper shipping paperwork (as necessary) • Identify and expedite Rush or Back Ordered goods • Make sure parts are in good condition/shape prior to receiving from Inspection or outside vendors • This list is not intended to be all-inclusive.
