Environmental Compliance Manager  Norcross, GA   Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, PLLC (ICE) is one of the fastest growing full-service transportation consulting and design firms in the Southeast and Texas. We specialize in highways, bridges/structures, hydrology, and aviation design utilizing nearly 400 dedicated team members that take a results-driven approach to meeting the specific needs of our clients.  We are currently accepting applications for an Environmental Compliance Manager to join our team in the Atlanta, GA office.    Position Summary The primary duty is to manage and conduct environmental compliance of projects that are either designed by our Firm or for projects we will oversee on behalf of other state or municipal clients, which will primarily include Design-Build and P3 Projects. The position also includes developing the Comprehensive Environmental Protection Plans (CEPP), coordinating with other environmental specialists, including those required for NEPA Documentation, 404 permitting, and Stream Buffer Variance Applications, and mentoring less experienced staff in compliance management and documentation. Note: The position description is intended as a summary only of key duties.
