TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL HAVE:

• At least 5 years in an IT leadership role.
• Proven extensive experience in managing technology teams.
• Experience in leading changes within technological organizations.
• Strong background in architecting and implementing application solutions.
• Proven experience in modern engineering practices.
• Understanding of contemporary development practices, processes, and technology.
• Solid experience in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.
• Experience with technical integrations such as APIs, Kafka, and microservices.
• Experience with end-to-end supply chain is an advantage.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and managing technology teams deliver high-quality solutions.
• Driving change within the technology organization to improve processes and practices.
• Overseeing service delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Utilising solid experience in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS to guide development efforts.
