In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Lead a globally distributed engineering organization supporting order and engineered-to-order execution, product development, research, and product lifecycle management across the Isolation Valves portfolio. * Provide strategic leadership to align global engineering priorities with business objectives and customer needs, partnering closely with World Area leadership and cross-functional teams. * Develop, coach, and retain engineering talent by fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture that values collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability. * Optimize engineering resources and budgets to focus on the highest-value activities, balancing near-term execution with long-term capability building. * Establish clear performance visibility through meaningful metrics, dashboards, and capacity planning tools to guide decision-making and continuous improvement. * Drive global standardization of engineering tools, processes, and systems to improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability across regions and product lines.
