What You'll Do and How You'll Have an Impact Perform detailed contract review and analysis for non-standard arrangements to determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment in accordance with ASC 606, and thoroughly document conclusions; Lead and execute revenue-related month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; Partner with system teams to enhance revenue system utilization (NetSuite ARM), improving process efficiency and revenue accuracy; Identify bottlenecks, manual work, and automation opportunities across the revenue recognition and close process to drive continuous improvement; Collaborate with revenue operations, pricing, and product teams to conduct Standalone Selling Price (SSP) studies; Participate in M&A revenue-related integration to ensure smooth revenue process transitions as needed; Update revenue policies and position papers to reflect evolving business models, new products, and regulatory guidance; Assist with the external audit process and participate in and/or lead ad hoc projects with cross-functional impacts. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred; 6+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience, ideally in SaaS, subscription, or marketplace environments; Strong technical revenue accounting skills, including deep understanding of IFRS 15 / ASC 606 revenue recognition standards; Proficiency in NetSuite ARM (Advanced Revenue Management) system; Experience with M&A revenue integration or purchase accounting is a plus; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of identifying and implementing process improvements; Strong attention to detail and accuracy; Ability to communicate complex technical accounting concepts to cross-functional, non-finance stakeholders.
