THE STRENGTHS AND SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED

Bachelor degree in Finance, Accouting or related field.
At least 5 years in similar role in a large and complex financial company/consulting firm.
Analytical skills, curiosity, ability to understand technical details as well as the bigger picture.
Ability to structure, simplify and popularize technical details.
Knowledge of the Financial industry is a plus.
Management consulting experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a multi-location, multicultural environment.
Excellent communications skills, ability to speak at various levels of the hierarchy.
Given the vast majority of our clients, both internal and external, are based outside of Quebec and Canada, specific language requirements may apply. Knowledge of the English is required.
