Support prepossession cases increasing the possibility of a borrower being able to exit without the need for repossessions procedures. Provide training to other departments to help up-skill staff to make sensible lending decisions. Create a division with sufficient resources to scale up when the business requires. Work closely with Head of Valuation to ensure that we avoid a key man dependency risk for either department Skills & Competencies Ability to analyse and present complex information in a clear, relevant and interesting way Fully competent using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication and negotiation skills both in written and verbal format Can think logically and coherently in order to be able to effectively approach and solve problems that arise.
