Finance Manager – Luxury Real Estate DeveloperLocation: DubaiSalary: AED 25,000 per monthReporting to: CFO

A leading luxury real estate developer is expanding its corporate finance team and is seeking an experienced Finance Manager.The successful candidate will manage a team of 6 accountants and work closely with the CFO, taking responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, controls and the overall financial operations of the group.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, with flexibility for the right candidate.
• Strong real estate development finance experience is essential.
• Previous experience managing a finance/accounting team.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience working across multiple entities/subsidiaries.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial controls.
• UAE experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
