Your Tasks

At Basler, we are passionate about driving financial excellence and supporting business decisions with data-driven insights. As a working student in our Finance team, you will gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning. This is a great opportunity to enhance your skills, contribute to real projects, and potentially write your thesis with us.

• Assist in financial analysis, controlling, and reporting activities
• Prepare presentations and key financial insights for internal stakeholders
• Work with Excel and financial tools to evaluate data and support decision-making
• Collaborate with various departments to optimize financial processes
• Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to real-world financial challenges

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s (min. 3rd semester) or Master’s program
• Preferred fields: Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering with a strong finance interest
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience in creating professional presentations
• Analytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
