Prepare supporting schedules and analyses for financial statement balances. Contribute to the preparation of management reports and ad-hoc financial analyses as required. Month-End and Year-End Close: Participate in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks. Prepare and review account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations. Assist with the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors during audits. Fixed Assets: Maintain the fixed asset register, including additions, disposals, and depreciation calculations. Ensure accurate recording and tracking of company assets. Compliance and Internal Controls: Assist in ensuring compliance with local accounting regulations and tax requirements. Adhere to and contribute to the maintenance of internal controls over financial reporting. Participate in the development and documentation of accounting policies and procedures. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve accounting-related issues. Provide support to the Finance Manager and other team members as needed.
