As Senior TSA in HR & CLAO - Payroll & Finance Technology, you will coordinate and manage production support activities for HR & CLAO - Payroll & Finance Technology systems and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer-generated data. Will apply experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of assignments. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Key Responsibilities: Support for the SAP Finance /Controlling modules, that include: Accounts Payable, Financial Accounting and Controlling processes and procedures. Support for HR Payroll Financials, Third Party and Net Pay processes and procedures. Analyze and resolve financial data discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards Collaborate with stakeholders as the SME and with the Development team, to ensure any design is accurate and do thorough testing when required, to ensure that financial processes and procedures are leveraging SAP best practices Provide support and training to end-users on SAP Finance/Controlling modules and HR Payroll Financials, Third Party and Net Pay related processes Identify and suggest process improvements, leveraging SAP functionality and industry best practices Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards Ensure that Problem Resolution Procedures (PRP) are provided by the Development team when new initiatives are to go live, so Support is aware of what actions to take should there be any issues. Document job failures in Problem Resolution Procedure (PRP) documents, if they currently do not exist.
