About the Opportunity
Orillia Dodge is a well-established automotive dealership in the area and we are seeking a professional, results-driven Finance Manager (Business Manager) to join our sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales and finance experience who thrives in a fast-paced retail automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Present financing, warranty, and protection products to customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Secure approvals through multiple lending institutions and ensure all documents are completed accurately.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Achieve department profitability targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximize opportunities and support overall dealership performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of automotive finance experience (F&I, Business Office, or related role).
• Strong knowledge of financing, leasing, and insurance products.
• Excellent communication, closing, and customer service skills.
• OMVIC license (or ability to obtain) required.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deals under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00-$175,000.00 per year
