Oversee month-end close and financial reporting for the plant
Manage cost accounting functions including inventory, standard costing, and variance analysis
Collaborate closely with operations leadership to drive performance insights
Supervise and mentor accounting staff
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
