This role is critical in ensuring compliant and accurate revenue recognition in line with GAAP standards. You will oversee technical accounting judgments and be instrumental in month-end close processes related to revenue. Working closely with cross-functional teams such as Revenue Operations and Finance, this position not only demands technical expertise but also strong leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide a team of 3–5 direct reports. Your contribution will drive improvements in accounting processes and reporting. \n Accountabilities Own and oversee revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close activities. Provide oversight and guidance to the Revenue Operations Lead. Establish and interpret revenue accounting policies and internal controls. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits. Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, and Billing on revenue-impacting initiatives. Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements. Support revenue-related financial reporting and management requests.
