Responsibilities: * Support business development efforts to identify and pursue new market opportunities. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients by responding to inquiries and understanding their needs. * Coordinate preparation and submission of proposals, RFPs, RFIs, contracts, and other client-facing documents. * Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, pitches, and presentations to generate leads and close deals. * Oversee and update CRM systems, pipeline tracking, reporting, and analytics to manage business development efforts. * Drive and manage business development marketing efforts. * Coordinate and project manage special events for current and prospective clients. * Coordinate prospect meetings and conduct prospect research to support successful new client introductions. * Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and external clients. * Assist in onboarding new clients. * Develop, maintain, and improve internal documentation, workflows, and templates to streamline the business development process.
