Job Description Au sein du département Financial Planning (FP) du siège international d’Ubisoft (HQ), vous rejoignez l’équipe en tant que Business Planning Manager. Dans l’équipe Business Plan, Vous êtes responsable du processus de consolidation budgétaire et du compte de résultat complet (P&L), des revues mensuelles des dépenses d’Ubisoft ainsi que du suivi de la rentabilité de ses différents business models. Dans le cadre de ce rôle, l’équipe analyse et anticipe les risques et opportunités dans son périmètre afin de soutenir la prise de décision stratégique pour le développement de l’entreprise. Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions seront : Suivi de la performance financière Piloter et analyser les principaux KPIs financiers du Groupe — incluant la base de coûts fixes, les dépenses de personnel et hors personnel, le headcount, ainsi que le ROI global — afin d’identifier les tendances, les risques et les leviers d’optimisation. Forecasting et Consolidation Consolider et analyser le P&L Groupe ainsi que les données d’investissement R&D lors des cycles budgétaires et de forecast, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes FP&A des divisions. Garantir l’intégrité et la cohérence de la data en collaboration avec l’équipe en charge des systèmes financiers, notamment sur les sujets de facturations intercompagnies et de réallocations analytiques. Piloter la standardisation et l’optimisation des processus financiers, en collaboration avec l’équipe en charge des systèmes financiers. Analyse stratégique et support au management Définir et suivre les objectifs financiers du Groupe, en veillant à leur alignement avec les ambitions stratégiques et les réalités opérationnelles. Identifier et communiquer les principaux risques et opportunités auprès du top management Finance, et suivre les progrès réalisés vers l’atteinte des objectifs. Fournir des analyses stratégiques et financières pour soutenir les équipes Trésorerie et Relations Investisseurs dans leurs prises de décision à fort impact. Transformation & optimisation des processus Contribuer activement à la transformation du Groupe, notamment à l’évolution des processus de Financial Planning et de pilotage financier. Accompagner la conduite du changement, en favorisant l’adoption de nouveaux outils, modèles de gouvernance et best practices.
