Role Overview As Director of Partnerships at Culture Amp, you will lead the development and growth of our global partnerships ecosystem. In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll shape the overall strategy, build scalable processes, and cultivate high-impact partner relationships to fuel our next phase of growth. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll play a key role in evolving our partnerships program to ensure it’s positioned for long-term success. Your remit will actively span multiple partnership types - including global system integrators (SIs), consultancies, professional services firms, and independent software vendors (ISVs) - unlocking new routes to market, accelerating revenue growth, and strengthening Culture Amp’s position as the preferred platform for organisational transformation.
