In der Funktion Claims Handler (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch die Bereitstellung hervorragender Schadenbearbeitung. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen unter anderem: Operative Schadenbearbeitung von der Erstschadenmeldung bis zur Schadenregulierung Analyse der Schadenrentabilität Aufbereitung möglicher Lösungen zur Reduzierung von Schadenzahlen durch Schadenverhütungsmaßnahmen Risiko- und Schadenbeurteilung sowie Kundenberatung bei fachlichen Angelegenheiten und Schadenabwicklung Administrative Unterstützung bei Großschäden Anlage von Schäden sowie Schadenprüfung und- abwicklung Bereitstellung optimaler Kundendaten zur Effizienzkalkulation und Kundenprofitabilität Überwachung und Beurteilung von Schadenquoten sowie Schadencontrolling Kooperation mit Projekt- und Fachkommittees
