Als Transformation Consultant binnen het Benelux Transformation Office (ABS NL) ben jij een zelfstandige changeprofessional die projectresultaten realiseert binnen complexe, internationale transformatieprogramma's. Je rapporteert aan de Director Benelux Transformation Office en hebt een functionele rapportagelijn naar de Transformation Lead. Je werkt zelfstandig aan meerdere projecten binnen één of meerdere transformatieprogramma's en coördineert het werk van businessvertegenwoordigers.In jouw dagelijkse werk zul je: Projecten of workstreams leiden en coördineren binnen grotere transformatieprogramma's. Programmadoelstellingen vertalen naar concrete plannen, mijlpalen en deliverables. Business leaders ondersteunen bij het nemen van eigenaarschap voor uitvoering en resultaten. De uitvoering coördineren tussen businessteams en internationale capaciteit (Global Capability Centre – GCC), zonder werk over te nemen van de business. Gestructureerde rapportages, inzichten en aanbevelingen voorbereiden en presenteren aan Transformation Leads en senior stakeholders. Afhankelijkheden, risico's en issues over projecten heen managen met een sterke focus op integratie en samenhang. Zorgen voor een heldere overdracht naar business experts en business owners, waarbij procesdocumentatie en verdere optimalisatie aan de business worden gedelegeerd. Bijdragen aan kostenbeheersing en het realiseren van voordelen op projectniveau, inclusief financiële tracking, forecasting en rapportage volgens programma- en VRO-standaarden. Bewezen vermogen om zelfstandig en gelijktijdig aan meerdere initiatieven te werken, met sterke analytische en structurerende vaardigheden en comfort met ambiguïteit. Vaardig in stakeholdermanagement zonder directe hiërarchische autoriteit en comfortabel in het delegeren van werk aan business owners en experts, in plaats van zelf de rol van projectondersteuning op te pakken.
