SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER-HEALTHCARE:

On behalf of our Healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Senior Project Manager-Healthcare for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, ON office.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER-HEALTHCARE - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the delivery of the Digital Correspondence and Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm projects. These projects require expanding the Cancer Screening Registry and managing large-scale complex assignments with a focus on healthcare sector compliance and efficiency.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER-HEALTHCARE - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • 11+ years experience managing complex projects
  • Expert in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
  • Experience in managing projects in the healthcare sector
  • Strong working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex IT projects under challenging circumstances
  • Superior leadership and communication skills
  • Expertise in Microsoft suite and productivity tools like Jira and Confluence

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER-HEALTHCARE – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Program and Portfolio management knowledge
  • IT Infrastructure and ITIL experience
  • DevOps expertise
  • Knowledge of current technology trends
  • Familiarity with healthcare legislation such as PHIPA
Responsibilities
  • Accountable for on-time, on-budget, and on-scope completion of assigned projects
  • Manage resources, scope, budget, schedule, and quality of deliverables
