Basic Life Support certification required through the American Heart Association or other pre-approved accredited certification program. REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES Knowledge of regulations, QA and procedures, and quality patient care. Successful completion department specific and/or hospital required training courses. Must be able to treat patients of all ages from pediatric to geriatric.
